Sometimes it’s the simple things that bring us closest together: baking together, sharing stories and savouring the aroma of fresh Buchteln. Together with Isolde, the farmer’s wife, you’ll make traditional, fluffy Buchteln using her own family recipe – taking your time, staying calm and paying close attention to detail. While the dough rises and the sweet aroma wafts through the farm studio, there’s plenty of time to chat, watch and savour the moment. To finish, the warm Buchteln are served with creamy vanilla sauce and a good cup of coffee in a cosy setting.

*The flat-rate expense allowance for food tasting and groceries of € 20,00 is an integral part of the event and must always be paid separately on the spot from all participants.

In case of cancellation, a return of the participation fee is possible only if the cancellation is made before 4 p.m. of the previous day. If the cancellation is made by the participant after 4 p.m., the costs are charged 100% to the participant. In case of no show no other offer can be made use of and no money will be refunded.

In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. The event must be paid in advance online or in one of the tourist offices. Payment on site is not possible.

The tour is offered in german and italian language.

In the morning, you can take the hiking bus (included with the Slow Dolomites Card) from Lüsen to Zumis and walk via the Lüsner and Rodenecker Alm to the Hotel Herol, perhaps stopping for lunch at one of the alpine inns. In the afternoon, the hiking bus leaves the Herol bus stop at 4.27 pm and returns to the village.

In the centre of Lüsen, just above the Hotel Rosental, turn left onto Berger Straße. After just under 6 km, you’ll find the entrance to the Herol car park.
